Provide Screenshots When Possible Screenshots are an extremely helpful aid when dealing with in-game issues. Whether it be a screenshot of the error occurring or something you're confused about, they can help the user attempting to help you by providing more information. When possible, please provide screenshots of the issue you are encountering.
Describe What's Happening If there's an issue occurring, stay calm and do your best to explain what you are trying to do so we may better assist you. Errors and issues occur with every game out there, Impressive Title is no exception. An accurate description of what's happening and/or what lead up to the error will enable other users to more accurately assist you with your issue.
The Help Board is Not for Reports or Punishment Discussion Users are not permitted to discuss moderator actions and/or rule-breaking behavior in public chats or the forums as it is a violation of Kiros's Code of Conduct. If you wish to report rule-breaking behavior or discuss an action taken against your account by a staff member, please reach out to a staff member via the Help Desk. We will be happy to assist you with your issue there. All issues handled via our ticket system are confidential and reviewed by more than one member of our staff team.

If you are experiencing an issue of your own, please open a new topic regarding your issue to not derail another users topic. Be sure to ask for information regarding the ongoing issue only, irrelevant information is exactly as it sounds, irrelevant, and is considered as derailing the topic from its original purpose.

If an issue turns out to be an ongoing bug, please create a new topic on the bug board so it can be looked into by a member of the Development Team.
