Bug Board Information
Before submitting a bug, please ensure you are aware of the following information.
Do Not Submit Exploits
While exploits may be considered a bug, users should not share exploitable bugs publicly as they pose a security risk. If you come across an exploit, please report it as soon as possible on our Help Desk so that our developers may look into the bug without revealing how it is used. Please keep in mind that exploiting a bug for personal gain goes against bullet 1.8b of the Code of Conduct.
Provide As Much Information as Possible
When reporting a bug, please provide as much information as possible regarding the issue you are experiencing. Information that is important is as follows;

When reporting a bug, please provide as much information as possible regarding the issue you are experiencing. Information that is important is as follows;
- What version of the game are you running?
- What feature is the bug affecting?
- Do you have any screenshots of the bug?
- What operating system are you running?
Sometimes bugs can be caused by the updater failing to download a file or an issue with a certain feature in-game. Having the above information is vital to assisting our developers in patching the issue.
If a Bug has Been Reported, Please Do Not Repost It
If a bug has already been reported and there is an active thread about the issue, please do not create a new topic about the same issue. Users experiencing the same bug should provide additional information in the original bug topic instead to avoid clutter and multiple reports about the same issue. Duplicate bug reports will be locked. Please be sure to search for the bug you are experiencing before posting a new topic.
The same policy applies for bugs with the "FORWARDED" tag. These bugs have been forwarded to our development team to be fixed as soon as possible depending on their severity. If a topic has the "FORWARDED" tag, please do not create a new topic about the same issue.
Only Report One Bug per Thread
In order to avoid cluttering bug report topics, please limit bug report threads to one bug per thread. Threads with multiple bugs in them will be locked and asked to repost as one bug per thread.
Do Not Ask For Help on the Bug Board
The bug board is not to be used for help questions. Only bugs should be reported here. If you are in need of assistance with an issue in-game, please refer to the Help Boards or our Help Desk. Users should also not engage in off-topic chatter on any bug related topics. Posts should be limited to providing additional information and/or asking for more information regarding an issue.
