Moderator Messaging Change

Hello everyone!
After some stressful coding and changes to the website, we are finally ready to announce how Moderators and private messaging will work on the forums. This system isn't perfect, of course, but we're working to improve it as needed.
Moderators are now anonymous while utilizing private messaging.
This change is aimed to prevent personal bias on both sides of the spectrum. Our staff have been members of various gaming communities throughout their lives and have seen many cases of aggression and personal targeting towards community moderators in various areas. We doubt this would happen here, however, we want to take steps to avoid such events all together.
How am I supposed to know who to report if there's an issue?
Every action taken by moderators is documented at all times and admins are able to see who took what action and when. If you feel a situation was handled inappropriately, we invite you to speak to our support team or submit a Help Desk ticket regarding the situation.
How do I know what a mod message looks like?
Below we have some examples as to what these messages may look like at any given time (not every message will look the same, as moderator responses and messages may differ);
The font color and layout may change in the very near future, as we are unsure of what color we would prefer to utilize at this time.
Moderator responses will look the same as the above image, and will not reveal who they are at any time. Users may not quote private messages. We encourage anyone with questions to reach out to our Help Desk team instead of responding to a message, as more than one team member can look into it at a time.
What about private messaging a mod? Can I do that?
No. The "Send Message" button is being removed from Moderators profiles and will be removed from the side bar. Please utilize the "Report Post" function on the forums or submit a report via our Help Desk. This way we can keep an archive of past issues in order to better assist our community. Moderators are not permitted to utilize the private message function on the forums for personal reasons while they carry the title.
