Grethe NPC size/clipping issue

What were you doing?: Me and my buddy went on to check out the new update, only to find that Grethe the new NPC was clipping into the ground. Later this fixed itself, but the NPC was still very large. Is this the normal NPC size or a glitch?
Extra Information: The NPC disappeared at one point, but only because I lost connection I think. I'm not sure.
