Feature Being Affected: Game Launch
Operating System: Windows 10

What were you doing?: I'm attempting to launch the game for the first time on my computer, and after it downloaded it gave me this message. After running "KirosUpdater" again, it gave me the same message but without the download process this time.
Extra Information: I assume the game has already downloaded, but it's either missing a file or something else.

We're glad to hear you were able to work this out on your own!

In the future, if you are unable to launch the game via the updater software, you should be able to launch it directly from your Data > Application > Kiros folder as you normally would with any other IT server game. We are aware of this issue and are currently attempting to implement a fix to go along with the next game patch. ♥
